“The spreadsheet is ready. What are the main findings?”
What you’ll get: Get a clear summary of the main findings, with supporting figures and charts you can check.
Example: What should we take into the improvement planning meeting?
“I need an answer from this file—and a way to follow up.”
What you’ll get: Ask in everyday language to explore findings or compare recorded groups, with figures to check and follow-ups in the saved conversation.
Example: How do confidence scores differ by respondent group?
“I need counts, totals, or averages by group for a client or team review.”
What you’ll get: Group existing columns into a table with counts, percentages, sums, averages, minimums, or maximums to check. Save the table, download it as CSV, share its result link, or use its print/PDF view.
Example: Does one customer group dominate this survey's response mix?
“Is this difference between groups worth investigating?”
What you’ll get: Choose a suggested Stats question, or name two columns in your own question. Run one supported comparison, then review the result, effect size and response bases. Each successful run uses one analysis use.
Example: Do preferred options vary across new, occasional, and regular customers?
“How was this result calculated, and which values were included?”
What you’ll get: On Max, inspect the Python behind supported answers or tables where code is supplied. Review the inputs, grouping, calculations, and treatment of missing values.
Example: What share of valid confidence scores are 4 or 5, and how was it calculated?
“Before I use this file, which values are missing or duplicated?”
What you’ll get: A read-only column-by-column profile showing data types, missing values, unique and common values, numeric ranges, and summaries. Data health checks flag duplicate rows, type mismatches, and empty or constant columns.
Example: Which score columns have blanks, and are any rows exact duplicates?
“How do I send a reviewed finding with the numbers behind it?”
What you’ll get: Review a Brief and its supporting figures, then select Share on that Brief and Copy link in the share dialog. Send the public link so a recipient can read that result without signing in. Tables and Stats have their own result links; Ask answers do not.
Example: Review the clarity-rating finding and share its Brief with supporting figures.
