Common questions
Which plan fits the work I need to do?+
Pro for Brief, Ask, Tables and Charts with room for regular use and support tickets. Max adds Decide, supported Stats, Python where supplied for supported results, and the most capacity.
How much usage do I get?+
Successful analyses each month: Free 10, Pro 100, Max 250. Included usage refreshes each month; failed runs don't count and reopening saved work is free.
What counts toward my usage?+
Each successful Brief, Ask, Table, Chart, Decide result, or Stats run uses one analysis from your monthly allowance, including follow-up questions. On Max, each Stats comparison or full summary uses one per run. Viewing the read-only Data profile and Data health checks uses none. Failed runs don't count. Reopening saved results is free. At your monthly limit, new runs pause until your allowance refreshes or you choose more capacity. Reaching the limit never triggers an extra charge; your subscription still renews on its normal billing schedule.
How many files can I upload, and how large?+
Free 3 file up to 20 MB; Pro 30 files up to 60 MB; Max no monthly cap, up to 120 MB. Reopening saved files uses no uploads. Uploads reset every 30 days; daily safety limit: 20 upload requests. File-size limits and monthly analysis uses are separate. Supported: Excel, CSV, TSV and TXT.
Is there a free trial or discount?+
No free trial on new subscriptions. New monthly Pro and Max subscriptions: 50% off the first 2 months (Pro $24.50/month, then $49; Max $49.50/month, then $99). Annual billing includes 2 months free: pay for 10 months at the regular monthly price and get a full year; the monthly introductory offer does not apply. No free trial; checkout confirms your terms. You can also start free with no card.
How does yearly billing work?+
Get 2 months free with yearly billing: pay for 10 months and get a full year. Billed upfront at $490 for Pro or $990 for Max. The introductory monthly discount does not apply to yearly.
What if I need more uses?+
Pro and Max users can add 40 analyses for $25. Top-ups never expire. Top-ups add capacity, not features.
Can I switch plans or cancel?+
Upgrade anytime; downgrades take effect at billing-period end. Cancel a paid plan in Account settings to stop the next renewal. No refunds.
Do you offer plans for organizations?+
