“How do I send a reviewed finding with the numbers behind it?”
Situation
A colleague needs the reviewed clarity-rating finding, including the figures behind it, without access to your uploaded spreadsheet.
How to get there
- Open a Brief and review the finding and supporting counts against your file
- Select Share on that Brief, then Copy link in the share dialog
- Send the link; anyone with it can open the read-only Brief without signing in
What you get
- Public link to the individual reviewed Brief
- Read-only Brief for anyone with the link, with headline and supporting figures
- Uploaded file remains in your account
Review a Brief and its supporting figures, then select Share on that Brief and Copy link in the share dialog. Send the public link so a recipient can read that result without signing in. Tables and Stats have their own result links; Ask answers do not.
Why DataWhisperer?
Send the finding, not the whole file.
Let a recipient read the reviewed result and its supporting figures.
Share one reviewed Brief
Check the clarity-rating finding, then select Share and copy its result link.
Keep the source in your account
Anyone with the public link can read that Brief; the uploaded file stays in your account.
Example
